Searching tenant
As a searching tenant, you will receive available off market offers that are nowhere advertised online and come directly from our network. After receiving the offer via e-mail you can determine if you would like to schedule a viewing. After the viewing, if you decide you would like to rent the property, you have a 100% guarantee that it is available to you because the offer is exclusively sent to you.
We use our network of landlords and real estate owners to help you find a home that meets your specific requirements and preferences. Whether you are looking for a furnished home, a quiet environment, or a lively neighborhood, we have access to a broad range of homes to meet your needs.
Search request costs
Our costs for the search request amount to one month gross rent excluding VAT and are based on a no cure no pay basis. This means that you only pay if we find a suitable property for you and a rental agreement is signed. If we are unable to find a suitable property, we will of course not charge any costs.
Cancellation of the search request is free of charge at any time. We understand that there may be circumstances in which you are no longer looking for a property.
Please note that commissioning the search request does not guarantee finding a suitable property, but it does significantly increase your chances.
